Marta's story

We run on our own products

The till you just used to pay us — that is our Till product. Your payment was written into our ledger by our own Accounting service. Our keys are stored by the rules of our own Treasury Kit, and our B2B invoices are made with Sunpot Invoices. If it ever breaks, we feel it before you do.

FAQ

Questions merchants actually ask
Will you have access to my money?+

No — technically impossible. Our tools work with a view-only key (xpub). In plain words, an xpub is a read-only “window” into a wallet: it can show incoming payments and create new receiving addresses, but it cannot send anything — like a bank statement you can look at but not spend from. Spending is only possible with the secret phrase, and it is never shared with anyone, including us. Connecting your Sunpot Pay till to Accounting works the same way: the key it issues can only read your invoices, never move money.

Is this legal?+

Yes. You sell your own goods and receive payment to your own wallet — that requires no licence: you are a merchant, not a payment intermediary. Document templates for your terms & refund policy are included; show them to your lawyer for your jurisdiction.

Do I need to verify my identity to buy?+

No. Payment happens directly between your wallet and ours — there is no intermediary to ask for documents. We only ask for your e-mail: it is required at checkout so we can send your download links, access and order confirmation.

What if I pay and close the tab?+

The links are e-mailed automatically after confirmation. And if anything goes sideways — write to support with your transaction id, we restore access.

Refunds?+

Digital goods with instant delivery: full refund within 14 days if the files were not downloaded (details in the Terms). The Till has its own service terms with a pro-rata policy. Sunpot Autopilot has its own refund rules because it includes implementation services (see Refunds, section 9).
